At Oland Red Angus, we believe that strong bulls come from a robust cow herd. Our cows not only wean heavy calves and look the part, but they also possess good feet and legs, sound udders, and correct teat size. They maintain their body condition without special treatment, breed back on time, and calve unassisted. We graze our cows on pasture, cover crops, and corn stalks before bringing them home for supplementation about a month before calving. If a cow thrives in our system, we trust their progeny will perform well in most operations.
We are Klay and Kassi Oland, and we operate Oland Red Angus. Both of us grew up on large, commercial cow-calf operations here in North Dakota, and we are proud to be 2nd and 5th generation ranchers, respectively. Our passion for ranching and dedication
